Büki Thermal Bath

Medicinal Spa of Bük has become one of the best-known and most popular medical spas in Europe. Nowadays it is the second largest spa of Hungary offering each generation perfect recreation. The spa located on 14 hectares is a real spa complex looking forward to your visit with 27 pools and a water surface of more than 5100 m2.

Our medicinal water pools contain 32-38 °C warm, the swimming pools contain 26-28 °C warm water, and little ones are awaited with paddling pools that are to be used by them only, where they can be splashing about among safe circumstances. The slide complex free of charge leaves you with an experience never to be forgotten. After bathing, the children may play for a while on the state-of-the-art playground; the adults longing for relaxation are offered spacious retreats and comfortable deckchairs. In our Recreation Park you can recover the everyday weariness in a calm, quiet, green area. The roofed adventure bath in the Park open all the year round offers refreshment for each generation.

Birdland Golf & Country Club

Our club is situated at the heart of Europe, in Bükfürdő, a popular holiday resort in the west of Hungary. Our aim is to popularise and maintain golf as well as to provide all our visitors with pleasant recreation and pastime facilities in a picturesque environment. It is our intention to achieve this by developing high quality services and creating an environment which is able to provide our guests with opportunities for recreation and relaxation, and which fulfils their needs.

Over the last few years there have been some major investments into a full range of services for our golf club visitors. As a result of the biggest development in the club's history, our members and visitors can use the 208 luxury rooms of a wellness, golf & conference hotel that we operate in cooperation with our premier partner, Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts. In our new clubhouse, now located in the hotel, we offer several high quality services and various forms for recreation to our club members and guests.

In order to better meet our visitors' expectations, other developments have also been started and completed. As a result, in 2005 and 2006 we handed over the Birdland Villapark residence of 170 apartments, built adjacent to our hotel. Besides golf, we also cater for tennis lovers, and we welcome both those who wish to learn and those who are already experienced players on a clay tennis court.

The strategic program planned for the period of 2006 to 2010 focuses on three main elements, which include increasing the role of club members in the club's life, developing the junior golf club, achieving a better and more efficient utilisation of the club-hotel-Villapark synergy and presenting the flora and fauna of our nearly 100 hectares to our visitors.

Hopefully these changes will be noticeable in the short term for the benefit of both our members and visitors

The village Bük is situated in Country Vas, the West - Transdanubian tourist region of Hungary, in Felső - Répce micro - region. The vicinity of the Austrian frontieris a determining factor int he development of both the resort and the region. The flora is characterized by the multi - coloured variety of the Pannon landscape. Bük invites visitors with its green belts, streets with flowers and trees and with its pleasant climate.
Its thermal wells provide guests with a medicinal water full of alkali - hydrogene carbonate of excellent healing power, with a significant amount of flourid, iodine and iron. It is also used for curing different digestive illnesses in the form of drinking treatment, or for curing orthopaedic illnesses and accidental injuries as a bathing treatment, or of curing the inflammation of the respiratory tract.
The roofed adventure bath in the Recreation Park offers refreshment for each generation: the Crazy River, the bubble beds and the bubble bath promise you unforgettable experience. Apart from Adults, little ones can have a good time here since the youngest are awaited by paddling pool with geyser.
